However, I experienced issues with room service. they seemed unresponsive when I called for assistance, and the intercom was out of order during my stay. The location was somewhat remote, making it challenging to access the main road without hassle during peak times. Overall, the hotel delivered good value for money, but there are definitely areas needing attention for a smoother experience.

The tight, steep road can be a hassle, especially with buses blocking access!!! A more frequent golf cart service to the main road during busy times would make it much less stressful for guests!!! Even a clearer path would help!!!

during my stay, I enjoyed the short walk to the Abraj Al-Bait Towers and took in the stunning views at the nearby Safa Hill, which made my weekends in the city truly memorable and refreshing.

The local sweets were a hit! Found some incredible baklava and a date shop that you can't miss. Plus, golf carts made getting close to Al Haram a breeze from the hotel.

On the flip side, we ran into some hiccups. The room was tiny, and it felt like a challenge to get around with our luggage. Couldn’t even get some toilet tissue after multiple calls—yikes!

This was a great match for a brief weekend stay in Mecca with very good value for money. I appreciated the comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep after long days of touring. Try to take advantage of local eateries for better food options while you're there.

after my previous stay, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the room was clean and modern, and the convenience of the private bus service to haram was a huge plus. great value for a 4-star hotel in mecca!
